There are four meetings across the tracks in the UK on Thursday – and our helpful NAPs Table is here to give you a steer on the day’s best bets.

The North Yorkshire Grand National is the pick of the action at Catterick. A field of eight will go to post at 2.40pm including Lincolnshire National winner Sidi Ismael, who is hoping to score for the third time in three starts over fences. There is also National Hunt action at Bangor.

Newcastle plays host all-weather action, with the latest All-Weather Championships Fast-Track Qualifier being the pick of the seven contests on the card. There is also racing under the lights at Chelmsford from 4.30pm.
