12:20 Monkstreet
A competitive opener but MONKSTREET has shown enough in two maiden hurdles so far to suggest he can win one of these and his talented rider’s 3lb claim is an asset. Gatsby Grey is interesting on his return after a highly promising debut and Golden Wonder’s is probably capable of better than he showed first time out.

12:55 Supreme Jet
A former Oldtown point winner, SUPREME JET bumped into some smart sorts along the way in bumpers and it was a similar story when hitting the crossbar on his hurdling debut behind Erin Bloodaxe. Entitled to come on plenty from the run, he ticks a lot of the right boxes here. In what is far from a straightforward task, Fameaftertheglory, Bold Getaway, True Faith and Whiskey Lullaby can be expected to give him quite a test.
13:30 Concertista
A high standard is set by CONCERTISTA who was impressive when winning a Grade 2 on chase debut at Cork last time and she can progress from that with this longer trip in her favour. Sayce Gold was in behind the selection that day and she will also benefit from more of a stamina test.

14:05 Kingston Kid
Robindevidastar looked a bit of value for the margin of his win on his last start over hurdles and should take high rank, but preference is for the 4yo KINGSTON KID. The latter lowered the colours of a well-treated rival when coming up trumps at Tramore, and off 6lb higher, he makes most appeal. Bergentown is likely to have entered many a notebook on the back of his sixth here 42-days ago and he is another to note along with Birdie Blitz, Rock Of Tuskar and Ask Blossomfort.
14:40 Defi Bleu
A mark of 135 looks workable for DEFI BLEU (nap) judged on his form at the backend of last season and he might have needed his return at Navan last month. Ten Ten is feared on reappearance having run well in a big handicap at the end of last season and Espanito Bello seems on a good mark at present.

15:10 Miss Tempo
A beaten favourite at Gowran, MISS TEMPO is open to any amount of improvement and now sharper, she could well be good enough to recoup the losses. Struggling a bit over fences, John Adams has the potential to be a shade underestimated here but back over the smaller obstacles, he could well serve it up to them. Fierami is also interesting.
15:40 Flemen’s Tipple
Market support for the well bred Boulon Trou would be worth noting and Data Breach is probably capable of better. However, it might be worth taking a chance on FLEMEN’S TIPPLE who still looked a bit green on debut at Galway where he shaped with some promise and it might be significant that he was only 11-2 that day.
