Each and every day of the racing year we bring you a bumper NAPs table to give you the inside scoop on all the plays you’ll need that day.

WELCOME TO PADDY POWER NEWS!

Don’t know what a NAPs table is? We’ll tell you! It’s an independently run competition involving the cream of the British and Irish racing press whose positions in the table are based on their profits to Level Stakes. And just like all sports competitions worldwide, those doing best are towards the top of the table.

So, we decided to put that golden guide to the test and use it to steer you towards what could be a savvy Lucky 15 (4 horses, 15 bets). The four you’ll see below are the selections of some of the top performing tipsters in the table. Let’s get to the bets…

Downtown Getaway Nico de Boinville Palmers Hill Jonjo O'Neill Kempton February 22, 2020

12:20 Fakenham – Cool Stone

COOL STONE placed in good-ground Chepstow bumper in spring and might have been a shade unlucky when close second on last month’s hurdle debut at Wincanton (1m7f, good), where she made a last-flight jumping error. A major player here.

13:30 Kempton – Crown Power

Edged down the weights and CROWN POWER‘s best result this term was close second of ten over course and distance last time out. Back up 3lbs now but has a big shout.

13:50 Fakenham – Jony Max

JONY MAX had a wind op in July and much improved since, with two seconds in handicap chases (2m4f and 3m1f) before he won one in first-time tongue-tie over 3m2f at Wincanton. All three were on good or good-to-firm ground. Aided by an opponent’s ill fortune last time but galloped on well and, although up 6lbs, he’s a lightly raced 6-year-old who could enhance his trainer’s fine strike-rate here.

15:20 Fakenham – Peckinpah

PECKINPAH is 0-6 over hurdles and 0-17 overall but had been off the track for nearly a year before last month’s second at Leicester (1m7f, good to soft) and can build on that performance if he settles better here.
