They said: “The Nicholls-trained ENRILO was joint-third favourite for the Ladbrokes Trophy when falling eight out at Newbury 13 days ago and he could be a warm order in this lesser race, with his last two starts last term suggesting that this 7yo has plenty more to offer. Commodore, who ran well in this race last year before a mishap at the final fence, has been given his chance by the handicapper and is next on the list, just ahead of the Badger Beer third Hurricane Harvey. Rocco won that Wincanton race, while Mister Fogpatches and Fagan have also run well recently. Enigmatic 2020 Gold Cup runner-up Santini adds plenty of spice.”
