12:20 – Saint Riquier
SAINT RIQUIER showed much improved form when filling the runner-up spot in a Grade 2 at Cheltenham last month, staying on well to be beaten less than three lengths. That form comfortably sets the standard now back down in grade, so this looks a good opportunity for him to get off the mark over hurdles at the fourth attempt.
HELLO FROM PADDY POWER NEWS!
12:50 – Our Jet
OUR JET offered plenty to work on when second on his hurdling debut at Aintree last month, giving best only late on after looking the likeliest winner at one stage (hit a low of 1.62 in-running). He was beaten less than a length and a repeat of that effort would put him right in the mix in this maiden. There should be plenty more to come from him as well, so Our Jet rates a confident selection to open his account.
13:25 – Italian Spirit
ITALIAN SPIRIT ran well when third on his handicap debut at Warwick three weeks ago, keeping on again late after showing signs of greenness when first asked for his effort. He should prove capable of better with that experience under his belt, particularly now stepping up in trip. A BHA mark of 115 is unlikely to prove beyond him and he looks to have plenty in his favour for the in-form Olly Murphy yard (11 winners in the last 14 days).
14:00 – Little River Bay
LITTLE RIVER BAY made it two from two over fences with a dominant success at Uttoxeter last time, hitting the front shortly after two out and keeping going well to land the spoils by eight lengths. This will be tougher now stepping up to listed level, but she remains open to more improvement as a chaser. Already useful, Little River Bay is fancied to take the step up in grade in her stride to complete the hat-trick.

14:30 – Dock Road
DOCK ROAD finished well down the field when making his chasing debut at Ffos Las last time, shaping as if badly in need of the run after 11 months off. He had previously shown a fairly useful level of form in two starts over hurdles last season, including when successful at Exeter around this time last year. Still totally unexposed, he remains with potential as a chaser and could be worth chancing in a wide-open contest.

15:00 – Pemberley
PEMBERLEY proved no match for the winner on his reappearance at Lingfield three weeks ago, but that was still a really solid display, running right up to his best to finish a clear second. He is 2lb lower in the weights this time and the drop in grade gives him an obvious chance to shed his maiden tag if building on the promise of his latest effort.
15:30 – Walk On High
WALK ON HIGH showed plenty of ability when fourth on his debut at Chepstow last month, travelling well and faring best of those ridden close to the gallop. That is likely to prove strong form and the fifth has already given it a boost by winning his next race. This line-up is made up mostly of newcomers and Walk On High is fancied to put his experience to good use to get off the mark at the second attempt.
