13:30 Clemmie C
Beaten by the more experienced History at Gowran, CLEMMIE C may improve win to what looks a potentially informative fillies’ maiden. Kerkiyra was runner-up to the smart Limiti Di Greccio over 7f here on the most recent of her three starts and rates a big danger along with Thoughts Of June and Red Azalea, closely matched on debut running at Cork.
NEW TO PADDY POWER?
14:05 Ninja (NAP)
Don’t be fooled into thinking NINJA (nap) was disappointing at Navan. The bare facts tell you he finished eighth of 16 but he shaped with far more promise than the result suggests and is fancied to give Aidan O’Brien a third straight win in this maiden, 12 months after Bolshoi Ballet did the business. Good Heavens has an obvious chance but didn’t take a good opportunity latest. The newcomer Downing Street, who is a brother to Derby winner Serpentine, is a fascinating runner.
14:40 Inchiquin Star
Supagirl could have more to offer now switched to nurseries off an opening mark of just 66, but INCHIQUIN STAR looks the safest option. She left her previous form well behind when runner-up in an 18-runner event at Naas last time and any improvement on that off a 2lb higher mark would make her tough to beat. Top-weight Snapius should go well too.
15:15 Glounthaune
Much less exposed than the other two Ballydoyle runners, GLOUNTHAUNE may take advantage of this drop in class after his Dewhurst bid. Homeless Songs is also likely to have derived benefit from a Group 1 attempt in the Moyglare. New Energy won well first time out at the Curragh and may not be out of place in this company.
15:45 Leo De Fury
A Group 2 winner last year, LEO DE FURY makes plenty of appeal at this level and looked in good shape when winning at Dundalk last month. Georgeville held his own when the stable’s second-string in a Group 2 event last time and has a clear chance at these weights. Lough Derg may reverse recent Dundalk form with Bear Story on these terms.

16:20 Valle De La Luna
First-time blinkers may do the trick for Zaynudin but there is sufficient doubt to suggest it might be worth opposing him with newcomer VALLE DE LA LUNA who commands respect as a daughter of Galileo and Group 1 winner Fiesolana. Moracana, looks the pick of the remainder.
16:55 Goodnight Kiss
There could be better to come from Bellewstown maiden winner GOODNIGHT KISS who is just preferred to the consistent Lunar Power. The lightly-raced Magic Word could go well at a decent price. Uncharted may bounce back after a below-par Dundalk run.
17:25 Baby Zeus
Phoenix Cowboy must have a big chance following his smooth win at Bellewstown, but the two who appeal most are the Willie Mullins-trained pair Rebellio and BABY ZEUS. The selection has 3l to make up from their Listowel clash but is 6lb better off and might be ridden with more restraint on this occasion so gets a tentative vote to win a wide-open race. The Names Jock certainly has a squeak too.
