Love is on a retrieval here and I never thought I’d be saying it but I’m against her. She had her head pretty high in York and hung down the straight. I’m not sold on what beats her, maybe Thundering Nights, who beat Santa Barbara at the Curragh in June. La Petite Coco is also of interest. Neither are a major fancy but I wouldn’t back Love!
NEW TO PADDY POWER?

This is a cracking race. Providing we don’t get any rain, it’s really hard to oppose Winter Power. She’s a three-year-old who’s going in the right direction.
15:30 – Homeless Songs
Homeless Songs looked really good in Leopardstown and Oisin James Orr is on board. She’ll do for me!
16:05 – Native Trail
There’s probably reason to take Point Lonsdale on here and I’m a big Native Trail fan. Native Trail beat Masekela on the July course at Newmarket and I’d say that’s pretty strong form. They’re coming to take on Point Lonsdale which is good to see.
16:40 – Search For A Song
Search For A Song hasn’t ran since May but you get the feeling that Dermot Weld has had this in mind for a while.
