Carlisle gets the show on the road at 1pm before Bath goes to post at 1.40pm but all eyes are really on York from 1.50pm for the opening day of the Ebor Festival, with three Pattern races on the card including the Group 1 Juddmonte International Stakes.

In terms of evening action, there are eight Jumps races at Worcester from 4.25pm while Kempton hosts six renewals on the all-weather from 6.15pm.

The majority of today’s NAPs are at York including Templegate’s selection Whenthedealinsdone in the opener, while Whistler – fourth in our NAPs Table – is backing Alcohol Free in the Juddmonte International Stakes.
