His recent third-place finish back on dirt here ought to have set him up nicely for this contest. Reigning Warrior is of interest on stable debut and looks the one for the forecast.

WINNING QUALITY was below form on turf last time, but should fare much better switched back to dirt in this $8k claimer. She should be well placed just behind the main speed from stall 6.
Shanghaisweetheart has less on her plate here than in her last race and can emerge best of the remainder. Ashlie Nicole shouldn’t be discarded either.
21:15 Tampa Bay – Gorgeous in Grey
GORGEOUS IN GREY is the subject of yet another trainer change (fourth such move in the last year or so), but has now joined a barn that does well with new acquisitions.
Her best form is more than a match for this field, and she can get off to a winning start for her new trainer. Oh Dilly can chase the selection home, while Strong Gem is another worth looking at.
21:01 Santa Anita – Busy Paynter
BUSY PAYNTER was only fifth when last seen in March but now drops in class for a trainer who has started the new Santa Anita meet in scintillating fashion.
Uno Trouble Maker may the one to give her most think about, while Sheza Factor is also considered.
21:33 Santa Anita – Let’s Get Wild
Second on her last two outings, LET’S GET WILD should be breaking her duck in this maiden special weight contest.
Under a rider who is in good form, she is drawn well to attack from stall 1 and can take this field from gate to wire. Bella Chica has run well on all three career starts and can emerge as best of the opposition.
23:09 Santa Anita – Caught in a Trappe @ 9/4
CAUGHT IN A TRAPPE ran better than her finishing position suggests last time, breaking awkwardly and making a big move into contention before flattening out.
With a better start this time around, she should prove difficult to catch. Big Passion is an interesting newcomer to keep an eye on but may just lack the requisite experience.
