SAMMY’S MINESHAFT won a more valuable C&D event two starts ago and, after being far from disgraced in a higher grade latest, could make the most of this drop back in class. Elusive Ro is a big threat now dropped in trip after a near-miss on his Tampa debt, while Tale Of A Song must be considered as he bids for a C&D double.
5.53pm – Timeless Di @ 11/4
TIMELESS DI had some of these in arrears when a good second over C&D last month and, open to plenty of improvement, she is taken to go one better today. Talk Nice and Explosive Package are feared most.
6.25pm – Jackies Dream @ 11/4
Jost Dreamy and Bati Bati ran out impressive maiden winners last time out and have scope for further progress, but narrow preference is for JACKIES DREAM. Ahead of some of these when a good second here last month, she may not have to find much to gain a deserved success today.
6.55pm – Estilo Peligroso @ 9/2
ESTILO PELIGROSO beat City Guy to the runner-up berth here at the beginning of the month – his second such placing in succession – and he can confirm his superiority en route to going one better. Tithed is capable of getting involved, as is Frio.
7.27pm – Yabba Dabba Dude @ 11/4
YABBA DABBA DUDE showed his appreciation for the drop from a route when taking third over C&D, finishing a position in front of Resident. He is preferred to the dropped-in-class Notacatbutacard, with Spectacular Road and C’Era Una Volta others who could get involved.
7.59pm – Lake Parima @ 7/4
Screen Image drops to a career-low spot but her two runs since returning from a lengthy absence haven’t been great so she is passed over in favour of LAKE PARIMA, who at least seems to be progressing. There was little between Data Doll and Tiz Her Way last month and they complete the shortlist.

GEOGRAPHY has won his last two starts in impressive fashion and he can find the necessary improvement on just his fourth start to register a hat-trick. Gambler’s Fallacy has to be respected on this drop in grade while Barrel Of Stout wasn’t beaten far into second on his penultimate start and looks the pick of the remainder.
9.35pm – Federale @ 11/5
Uncle Kevin and Large both arrive on the back of impressive victories and could reach the frame at generous odds while Total Distraction was forced wide when delivering his challenge here last time and better can be expected from a more favourable berth. However, FEDERALE shed the maiden tag in impressive fashion under these conditions last time and is marginally preferred.
