TIPSY AGAIN hasn’t looked back since switching to Tampa, backing up a wide-margin breakthrough triumph with an equally impressive display in claiming company. This is another step up the ladder, but she should be up to it. Princess Carrigan had a few of these behind her when runner-up over C&D, and Sue’s Monster Baby is another to consider.

CONSILIUM has strong enough form in the book to win a maiden claimer of this nature, and he won’t get many better opportunities. Castillete and Perfect Enough are others expected to go well.

DISTINCTLY SASSY made it third time lucky when winning her maiden here last month and there should be more to come, so she gets the nod. I’m That Bird is another open to further improvement and Union Lane completes the shortlist.

A wide-open contest and only a tentative vote goes the way of BENEFACTOR, who sets the standard on his best form and gets a notable drop in class after blowing away the cobwebs last month. There are no shortage of dangers though, most notably Who’s In Charge, South Sea, Atthepearlygates and Front Loaded.
