Get ready for three days of cracking Jumps action as Cheltenham stages the November Meeting.
The first-big fiesta of the fledgling National Hunt season takes place from Friday, 15th November to Sunday, 17th November and there promises to be some rip-roaring racing on the track.
We’re sponsoring five of the 19 contests on the Cheltenham November Meeting schedule including the feature, the Paddy Power Gold Cup, which takes place on day two.
Paul Nicholls and Harry Cobden will be hoping Ginny’s Destiny – second in last term’s Turners Novices’ Chase – can emulate stablemate Stage Star by landing the prestigious prize.
The Grade 2 Shloer Chase on Friday should see the return of last year’s winner Jonbon, who ended the campaign as the leading minimum-distance chaser on either side of the Irish Sea after smashing El Fabiolo at Sandown.
A few clues for the Cheltenham Festival could be provided on Saturday in the Paddy Power Arkle Challenge Trophy Trial Novices’ Chase if classy pair L’Eau du Sud and Iberico Lord take their chance.
Sunday could provide the best race of the meeting, however, in the form of the Greatwood Handicap Hurdle as Burdett Road and Dysart Enos attempt to make the most of what look like lenient ratings from the handicapper.
It promises to be a fantastic three days at the home of the Jumps and you can find the race times below.
