The Grand Annual is steeped in history as it is the oldest race on the Cheltenham Festival schedule.

The 2m handicap was first run in 1834 – before being canned and revived at the start of the 1900s – and the latest renewal will be the third to be run on the Old Course after being switched from the New Course in 2021.

Global Citizen was first past the post in last year’s race, although this year’s contest looks set to be a hot affair with a number of classy types holding entries.

You can run the rule over our Grand Annual odds on the Paddy Power website and Paddy Power app, otherwise all the key details about this year’s renewal can be found below.

Grand Annual 2023 betting

Grand Annual odds are on paddypower.com and prices for the leading contenders can be seen on our snazzy widgets below.

Andy Dufresne is vying for favouritism for the Grand Annual after the release of the weights revealed last year’s runner-up is rated 3lb lower this time around.

Dinoblue is another major player in our betting thanks to her smart form over the larger obstacles including a second place in the Opera Hat Mares Chase behind Magic Daze.

Final Orders is the other market leader as Gavin Cromwell’s novice chaser attempts to bring up a six-timer at the Cheltenham Festival.
