7:30pm: Aston Villa v Liverpool – Mohamed Salah to score or assist
TV: TNT Sports
Our Wednesday night acca kicks off in the Midlands as Premier League leaders Liverpool travel to Aston Villa with Arne Slot’s side looking to go 10 points clear.
The Reds are the favourites and they’ll probably get the job done but we’re looking at the player markets instead and backing Mohamed Salah to score or assist.
Salah has been sensational for Liverpool this season and he looks set to lead them to the title. He’s scored 28 goals and registered 19 assists in 36 appearances in all competitions.
The Egyptian winger has scored or assisted in 21 of his 25 Premier League appearances this season and he’s facing a Villa side who have conceded in 14 of their last 15 games.
7:45pm: Luton v Plymouth – Under 2.5 goals
TV: Sky Sports
There’s also Championship action to get stuck into as Luton and Plymouth face off in a relegation scrap.
Luton are rock bottom of the league while Plymouth are one place and one point ahead of their counterparts.
We’re not brave enough to pick a winner as these two struggling sides face off so instead we like the look of under 2.5 goals.
There have been two or less goals in seven of Luton’s last nine games in all competitions, while Plymouth are winless on the road in the Championship after 16 attempts and they’ve only scored five goals in those outings. We’re on the unders.
8pm: PSV v Juventus – Both teams to score – yes
TV: TNT Sports
From the Championship to the Champions League now and we’ve got three play-off second legs to focus on – and first up is PSV v Juventus.
The Italian side boast a 2-1 lead from the first leg last week and we’re expecting goals once again given there’s a spot in the last 16 up for grabs.
We like both teams to score – yes as the statistics are in our favour. Both teams have netted in 10 of PSV’s last 11 games in all competitions.
It’s also landed in four of Juventus’ last six outings. At some point, either team will need to go for it and that will lead to goals.
8pm: PSG v Brest – PSG to win and over 2.5 goals
TV: TNT Sports
PSG are yet to show signs that they are struggling without Kylian Mbappe and they hold a 3-0 lead heading into the second leg against their Ligue 1 rivals Brest.
Luis Enrique’s side are unbeaten in the league (won 17, drawn five) and they’ve scored 59 times in those outings.
Although they boast a big advantage from the first leg, we can’t see anything but another convincing PSG win in Paris on Wednesday.
PSG have played Brest three times this season while winning 3-1, 5-2 and 3-0. We’re on PSG to win and over 2.5 goals, which has landed in eight of their last 10 wins in all competitions.
8pm: Real Madrid v Man City – Both teams to score – yes and over 2.5 goals
TV: TNT Sports
Finally, we’re looking at Wednesday’s feature game as Manchester City travel to Real Madrid with Pep Guardiola’s side needing to overturn a 3-2 deficit.
We’re not picking a winner and we’re keeping this pretty simple and siding with both teams to score – yes and over 2.5 goals.
It’s landed in six of City’s last seven games in all competitions and with Guardiola’s men needing to push forward at some stage, it opens the door for an end-to-end game.
There’s also too much quality on the pitch from both sides for this to be a snoozefest!
