Inter Miami v Colorado Rapids – Luis Saurez to Score

Thanks to a grueling preseason, Inter Miami have Lionel Messi, Facundo Farias, Ian Fray, Nicolas Freire, Sergii Kryvtsov, Federico Redondo, Robbie Robinson, and Benjamin Cremaschi all out injured for their game against Colorado Rapids. Results haven’t been great for the home side of late but Luis Saurez is still doing the business for them, scoring five over his seven MLS appearances this season. He’ll be carrying the team here but he’s more than capable and he should be getting on the scoresheet against a Colorado Rapids side who have conceded 10 over their six league games.

LAFC v LA Galaxy – Both Teams to Score & Over 2.5 Goals

We should see plenty of goalmouth action here. LAFC’s season isn’t exactly going to plan but they’ve scored seven goals over their last two matches so should be hitting the target here. Galaxy have won three and drawn three in the MLS so far, scoring 13 goals over those six games.

Over the last four MLS meetings played here, we’ve seen scorelines of 4-2, 3-2, 3-2, and 3-3 and with both teams in good goal-scoring form, we’re backing that trend and going with Both Teams to Score & Over 2.5 Goals.

Minnesota United v Real Salt Lake – Over 2.5 Goals

Minnesota have won three, drawn one, and lost one over their five MLS games this season, scoring eight and conceding six. Salt Lake have played one game more, winning three, drawing one, and losing two, scoring 10 and conceding seven. With those scoring records, we should see at least three goals being scored.

Nashville v Philadelphia Union – Over 2.5 Goals

Nashville have won just one of their six MLS games so far this season but have scored seven over their last five. Philadelphia have won two and drawn three in the league this season, scoring a healthy 10 goals while conceding six. The hosts have leaked 11 over their six games, so with both teams scoring and conceding so many of late, we should see at least three goals here.

Seattle Sounders v CF Montreal – Under 2.5 Goals

Seattle Sounders are still waiting for their first win of the season having drawn two and lost three of their five MLS games thus far, scoring just four goals over those five matches. Montreal have won two and lost two over their four league games this season, scoring eight and conceding eight. Based on those stats, the Canadians should be outsourcing the hosts but Sounders will be desperate to avoid dropping more points and will sit back an defend. We’re unlikely to see much action here, we’re backing Under 2.5 Goals.
