Victor Osimhen to Score

Napoli’s title defence has been quite underwhelming but at least this is a cup game. Walter Mazzarri’s side have had a tough few games of late, losing to Real Madrid, Juvetus and Inter before beating Braga and then Cagliari over the weekend.

Victor Osimhen has returned from injury of late and is getting back among the goals. He has seven over 10 Serie A starts now. Osimhen has already scored two in his one and only game against Frosinone so far and in good form again we’re liking his odds to hit the net here.

    Half Time, Napoli

    Frosinone at 13th in the Serie A standings aren’t doing too bad. Except away from home where they’ve only picked up two points after eight games and have been losing at Half Time in five of their last six on their travels. They’re very likely to be trailing at halftime again.

        Atletico Madrid v Getafe

        Estadio Metropolitano, Madrid, 8:30pm

        Over 2.5 Goals

        Bilboa put on a good showing over the weekend beating Atletico 2-0 on home soil. Atletico wil be eager to make a positive response here and at home this season have won all of their 11 games across all competitions.

        Three of their last five at home have seen Over 2.5 goals landing while it also occurred in four of their last five home La Liga games. We’ve also seen at least three goals in three of the last five games for Getafe and it’s a trend we should be exploiting.

          Antoine Greizmann to Score

          France’s Antoine Greizmann has nine in 16 La Liga games this season as well as five in six in the Champions League. With three over his last five at home too, we’re getting some good value for him to rattle the onion bag.

          Granada v Sevilla

          Estadio Nuevo Los Carmenes, Granada, 8:30pm

          Both Teams to Score

          This will be one for the hardcore only. Results have been terrible for both teams with both drawing two and losing three of their last five in La Liga. They have, at least, been regularly scoring with the hosts scoring seven over their last five at home and Sevilla scoring four over their last five on the road.

          With them also conceding eight and seven over their last five respective home/away games too, we should see both scoring.

            Granada and Draw

            The hosts aren’t good enough for us to confidently back them to take the full three points but they’re more likely to take the victory. Sevilla haven’t won any of their last 10 league outings and that’s unlikely to change against a Granada side who have proven very hard to beat on home soil so we’re backing them in the Double Chance market.
