Nottingham Forest v Southampton Premier League Sky Sports Premier League, 8pm
This is a huge game for both teams. I think it’ll be bye-bye for Southampton if they get beaten in this game, which I think they will. Nottingham Forest beat Brighton 3-1 in their last home game which was a fantastic result because, as we’ve seen, Brighton are no mugs.
Forest have scored six goals in their last three games and played very well at Anfield when they lost 3-2 to Liverpool, so they’re in decent goal-scoring form.
The Saints haven’t won now in nine Premier League games and have lost 15 of their last 21. They’ve only won two of their last eight away league games too. It doesn’t look great for them at all.
Brenna Johnson has been the leading contributor for Forest in terms of goals this season and I think he’ll get one here.
James Ward Prowse to Have 1 or More Shots on Target
James Ward Prowse with his free kick abilities and long range shots, he should be getting at least one on target at the City Ground.
Morgan Gibbs-White to Have 1 or More Shots on Target
Morgan Gibbs-White scored at Anfield for Forest and he’ll be looking to add to his tally so should be good for a shot on target too.
Jan Bednarek to be Shown a Card
Jan Bednarek got yellow carded last week at Anfield and I expect him to get another one; he’s going to be under quite a bit of pressure at the back for Southampton.
