It’s fair to say that United need these three points more urgently than their opponents in this one, having not played in the Champions League since the 2021/22 season – and having an opportunity to have age-old rivals Liverpool stuck in the Europa League next season, it’s a must-win for Man Utd. West Ham isn’t a side that should give them too much trouble either.

Nayef Aguerd missed a chunk of the season due to injury and has only played in 15 Premier League games this season. However, in this limited time, he’s racked up four yellow cards. That’s more than one card every four games. With the attacking momentum that Man Utd possess, you could easily see how Aguerd could find himself picking up card number five for the season in this one.
