It’s a meaty old Sunday in The Championship with not one, but two massive derbies kicking off at midday. That’s right, football fans, we’ve got Swansea v Cardiff and Watford v Luton on the menu so I’ve rustled up a juicy multi-match Bet Builder for Sunday’s grudge matches.
Swansea v Cardiff

We’ll start in south Wales where Swansea are just outside the playoffs in 7th and Cardiff are down in 18th, four points off the drop zone after 15 games. They say form goes out the window in derby matches and Cardiff will certainly be hoping that’s the case.
Swansea to Win
The Swans have won six of their last eight Championship clashes with that 4-0 loss to Burnley a couple of games ago standing out like a sore thumb. As for The Bluebirds, they’ve had just three wins in their last 12.

We have to be on Swansea to Win and I’m a little surprised that the price is so good but I guess that’s the derby factor. Our selection won both of these games heavily last season, scoring seven and conceding none, and I can’t see any reason that won’t happen again here.
Over 2.5 Goals
Joel Piroe’s been Swansea’s star man this season and he leads their goals scored and xG charts this term but he’s out of this one after seeing red against the Clarets. He’ll be a big miss but I still think there’ll be goals here.
Overs clicked both times these two met last season and it’s landed in all of the home side’s last six Championship games. It’s less frequent for the visitors (two times in the last six) but I think Swansea might have this their own way so we’ll take Over 2.5 Goals.
Watford v Luton

Luton continue to overperform and they come into this motorway-themed derby in 5th. Watford have been having a torrid time of it and they’re down in 15th despite all the money and players they have at their disposal.
Luton to Win
An away win in this fixture would buck the trend but, based on recent form, we simply have to side with Luton to Win. These two have only met twice in the last 15 years, in the 20/21 season, with both games ending in a 1-0 home win.
However, Watford have won just two of their last eight, drawing two and losing four. At home during that time they’ve won, drawn and lost one. The Hatters have lost just one of the last 11, drawing four and winning six. They’ve got the second-best away record in the division and will go top with a point so we’re hoping for slightly better than that and the form’s indicating we should have a good chance of landing this leg.
Over 9.5 Corners
These two both rack up and give away plenty of corners with Luton seeing the most corners per match of all 24 teams in the division on 11.67. Watford aren’t far behind and they’re averaging bang on 10 per match over their 15 games to far. Combined it’s 10.84 per match so to add a little bit extra value to our punt I think we can put a tick next to Over 9.5 Corners in this one.
Carlton Morris to Score or Assist
Luton’s main man this season has been Carlton Morris. The former Barnsley striker tops both their goals and assists charts this season with seven and three respectively.
He’s a proper double threat and we’re getting a very fair price on Morris to Score or Assist. He scored the only goal of the game last time out against Norwich so he’ll be in high spirits and pumped up for this one. I fancy Morris to be heavily involved in the key moments here.
