Both sides come into this Championship clash in robust shape, Burnley have only lost one of their nine games in all competitions so far, winning four and drawing four too. Norwich have played 10 fixtures so far, winning five, drawing three, winning one and losing one on penalties and have lost two. Over recent seasons honours have been even between the sides with two wins, two losses and a draw being seen at both grounds since 2019.
The Clarets have played four home games this season, winning one and drawing three, scoring seven and conceding five while the Canaries have won two and lost two, scoring four and conceding four. Both sides share the same results’ stats over their four La Liga games this season; both have won one, drawn one and lost two. Girona will take some confidence from their home La Liga form though where they’ve won two of their last five played at the Estadi Municipal de Montilivi, losing the other three, scoring five and conceding five as well.
Valladolid have only managed to score two goals so far this season and while they were impressive in La Liga Two last season, losing out on top spot by goal difference to Almeria, they look like they’re in for a long season back in the top tier. Interestingly, we’ve only seen two First Half goals over the home side’s opening La Liga games and just two FH goals in Valladolid’s league games too. This one has Halftime Draw written all over it.
