Everton are looking for a fresh start under Frank Lampard but suffered a disappointing 3-1 loss to Newcastle during the week. The Leeds rollercoaster continues to jolt all over the place but can they get back on a upward curve against a fellow relegation rival? Let’s see what Thommo thinks with his Everton v Leeds tips.
3pm: Everton v Leeds
Which Everton team is going to turn up? They battered Brentford at home in the FA Cup in Frank Lampard’s first game. Normal service resumed at Newcastle with them getting beat 3-1.
This is a hard one to call but I’m going for the Goodison Park factor here. Everton have picked up just one point from their last six Premier League games. They’ve lost the last four Premier League games and they’ve lost five of the last seven at home.

Obviously that was with Rafa Benitez and this is a change of manager. I just think Everton will come out on top in this. If you look at Leeds United in midweek, 3-3 against Aston Villa.
There’s goals in them but they’ve conceded 23 in their last eight Premier League games. They’ve only won two of their last eight so they have been able to score goals lately.
It’s telling you that there’s going to be goals in this game. I don’t think there’s going to be a massive amount but I do fancy Everton to win this 2-1. I’m going for Richarlison to Score Anytime. He came up trumps for me last week when I went for the Everton victory against Brentford!
