All eyes will be on proceedings taking place in Group C on Monday night where Italy and Switzerland, who played out a draw on Friday night, will be going all out to take the top spot and automatically qualify for next year’s World Cup.

Elsewhere, Poland need a miracle from San Marino taking on England in Group I, but they’ll still be eager to get the three points against a Hungary side who have been unimpressive over their qualification matches. Finally then to the top two in Group F, where already-qualified Scotland and Denmark face off in Glasgow.

NEW TO PADDY POWER?

19:45 Northern Ireland v Italy: Italy To Win To Nil

Northern Ireland have had a bad qualification campaign, winning just two and losing three of their seven games. The North have scored just six goals over those seven matches, conceding seven. Italy have won four and drawn three, scoring 13 and conceding just two. Northern Ireland have won two of their last five in all competitions, drawing one and losing two, while at Windsor Park they’ve won just one of their last five.

Italy have won two of their last five, drawing two and losing one. Of their five most recent away games though, they’ve won four and drawn one, keeping four clean sheets. With Northern Ireland scoring just three goals over their last five at home and Italy keeping a string of clean sheets (as well as knowing three points will secure their place in Qatar next winter) we have to go with Italy to win without conceded here.

19:45 Switzerland v Bulgaria: Under 3.5 Goals

Switzerland are now unbeaten over their last six games in all competitions and arguably have the easier task when compared to Italy taking on Northern Ireland. Switzerland are in great home form; they’re unbeaten over their last nine fixtures on home turf, winning seven and drawing three.

Bulgaria are in decent form it must be said, winning three of their last five. Away from home things are rough though, they’ve now gone 17 games without victory and over their five most recent fixtures have lost three and drawn two.

Both teams are struggling for goals of late, Switzerland have scored seven over their last five, but four of them were against Lithuania and that match was the only one of their five most recent that saw Over 2.5 goals. Bulgaria have only scored three over their last five away games, with Overs only landed in two of those five. Switzerland should easily see off the Bulgarians here, but with goals hard to come by for both sides we’re going with Under 3.5 goals on Monday evening.

19:45 Poland v Hungary: Poland To Win And Both Teams To Score

Poland don’t have much of a hope of finishing ahead of England in Group I. Not only do they need San Marino to beat England, they won’t, they are also six goals behind England. However, Poland are in mighty form, winning five of their last six. Hungary have won just two of their last five, drawing one and losing two. Away from home their form is pretty decent, winning two, drawing two and losing one.

However, Poland’s home form isn’t the best with two wins and three draws over their last five (not including their one home Euros match, which saw them losing to Slovakia). Poland have conceded in all, but one of those five home games and Hungary have netted a total of nine over their last six away games and seven over their last five home/away games.

With the onus on Poland to attack here from the get go, they’ve going to leave themselves open at the back and this Polish side are prone to making life difficult for themselves. Both Teams to Score looks like a good shout but the home side, armed with Robert Lewandowski, Piotr Zielinski and Arkadiuz Milik should have plenty of firepower to ensure they take the three points here.

19:45 Scotland v Denmark: Both Teams To Score

With both Denmark assured of finishing top of Group F and Scotland assured of second place this one is a bit of a dead rubber. However, both sides are in great form. The Scots have now won five games in-a-row, while Denmark have won all six of their most previous fixtures.

Scotland have scored eight over their last five matches, grabbing 11 over their last five at home (not including their Euro matches). On the flip side, Denmark have netted 14 over their last five, scoring 11 over their last five away games (also not including their run at the Euros). With stats like that, both should be scoring here.

19:45 Switzerland v Bulgaria: Under 3.5 Goals
