Football Tips: Phil Thompson's 11/2 treble for Saturday's 3pm EPL games

Paddy Power ambassador Phil Thompson is back in the ring for another swing for this weekend’s Premier League action. The former Liverpool and England defender kicks us off, as is quickly becoming tradition, with his Power Price boosted Turbo Treble. Tasty.

In his weekly Saturday 3pm treble, Thommo’s putting Liverpool v Brighton, Chelsea at Newcastle and Watford hosting Southampton under the microscope. Needless to say the great man is in fine fettle after his Reds destroyed Manchester United 5-0 at Old Trafford last week and he’s hoping to bring some of his club’s form into the punting sphere this weekend.

Liverpool and Chelsea are big favourites in their matches and it’s The Hornets who are giving us a juicy price as underdogs at home to The Saints. Claudio Ranieri’s men will be well up for this after their remarkable 5-2 thumping of Everton last weekend.

Can the Tinkerman work his magic again? It was a sensational turnaround for his side following their 5-0 loss to Liverpool in his first match at the helm. Southampton, for their part, have lost their last two and have just one win to their name in the Premier League all season.

It could be an inspired shout, so let’s see Thommo’s working out for Saturday’s 3pm games.

Thommo’s Turbo Treble

What we’ve been finding, which has been really good, is a Saturday treble, and a Saturday 3pm treble with five games kicking off now at 3pm which is wonderful for the guys having a bet. My 3pm treble is going to be Liverpool, they’re against Brighton, Chelsea and Watford all to Win. The Watford game will probably give us a decent price for my Saturday 3pm Turbo Treble this weekend.
