International break, you’ve been great but it’s time to get back to business. And we’re back with a sonic boom this weekend with an absolute avalanche of top footy on our TV screens this Sunday.

And, just to make it super easy for you to enjoy your football fix, I’ve unearthed the five best bets for a range of games from a variety of leagues all throughout Sunday. So, we’ve got Hearts v Hibs first up before Chelsea and Everton’s women go at it.

NEW TO PADDY POWER?

Then it’s off to the Bundesliga for Eintracht Frankfurt v VfB Stuttgart while Nottingham Forest and Cardiff City face off in the English Championship. And, to round us off, we’re nipping over to Italy for the juicy Serie A battle between AC Milan and Lazio. So, let’s see where the shrewd cash is going for you Sunday TV football.

Robbie Neilson Hearts

12pm: Hearts v Hibernian – Both Teams To Score No Draw

TV: Sky Sports Football

Edinburgh rivals Hearts and Hibs have both started the season well with these two occupying 1st and 2nd the Scottish Premiership after four games. Take that, Old Firm. The market is siding slightly with a home win but all three outcomes are eminently possible, according to Paddy’s markets.

Unlike a lot of local derbies, one thing that is seemingly guaranteed when these two meet is goals. In their last six meetings Both Teams To Score has landed five times with a winner in the same number. With both scoring and conceding plenty, and with just two stalemates combined in the league this season, I think the value here is Both Teams To Score No Draw.

12.30pm: Chelsea Women v Everton Women – Chelsea to Win to Nil

TV: BBC Two and BBC iPlayer

We’ve only had one round of fixtures in the Women’s Super League this season and it wasn’t a good one for Chelsea and Everton who meet in front of the BBC cameras this Sunday. Both lost, Chelsea 3-2 to Arsenal and The Toffees 4-0 to Manchester City.

The Blues are huge favourites here and it’s easy to see why, given the quality that last season’s beaten Champions League finalists have at their disposal. Chelsea have beaten The Toffees by a minimum three-goal margin the last three times they’ve met without conceding (two 3-0s and a 4-0) so, with value hard to find in this betting mismatch, we’re on Chelsea to Win to Nil.

Emma Hayes Chelsea Women

2.30pm: Eintracht Frankfurt v VfB Stuttgart – Stuttgart to Win

TV: Sky Sports Mix

It’s 14th at home to 13th in the Bundesliga on Sunday as Stuttgart head to Frankfurt. We’re just three games into the season but it has the makings of a long one for both sides involved in this game.

Stuttgart have seen a remarkable 15 goals in just three games while it’s just nine for Frankfurt, but these two have won just one game between them so far. At the prices on offer, and with the away side’s much more progressive style of play, it’s worth siding with a Stuttgart Win here.

2.30pm: Nottingham Forest v Cardiff – Cardiff to Win and BTTS

TV: Sky Sports Football

It’s already looking bleak for Nottingham Forest and their boss Chris Hughton. The Tricky Trees have just one point from their five Championship games this season and sit rock bottom of the league.

Cardiff are 9th with eight points from five games and they’ll be expecting to win here on Sunday. For all their woes, Forest have only fired a blank once. The Bluebirds have conceded in all but one. Our away side here should triumph but the numbers suggest they’ll ship one so, at a really nice price, Cardiff to Win and Both Teams to Score is a great play.

5pm: AC Milan v Lazio – Milan to Win and over 3.5 Goals

TV: BT Sport 1

A cracking Serie A clash rounds us off here as AC Milan in 4th do battle with the table-topping Lazio. We’ve only had two rounds of fixtures here but both sides have won both of their matches. Something clearly has to give. Lazio have scored nine in two while it’s five in two for Milan.

There were bags of goals in the two matches between these sides last year (eight in two games) and historically I Rossoneri triumph with Lazio winning just nine league clashes between the two. At a juicy price it might be worth chancing your arm at Milan to Win and Over 3.5 Goals.
