Football Tips: 4 to bang on the door in our 23/1 Euro acca for Sunday

We're clocking up the air miles again for Sunday's Euro acca.

For Sunday’s Continental action we’re taking a look at some mouth-watering European action where Atalanta host Inter, Spanish leaders Real Sociedad are taking on Granada and Valencia welcome Real Madrid. In Germany, this a mouthful, Bayern Leverkusen are home to Borussia Monchengladbach. We’ve found some decent value in each of these matches and a lovely looking four fold that could finish the weekend in style.

2pm: Atalanta vs Inter – Over 3.5 Goals

Neither team is coming into this clash in the best of shape. Atalanta have lost two, drawn one and won two of their five most recent matches while Inter have lost one, drawn three and won one.

Goals look to be the name of the game here, Over 3.5 goals has landed in all five of Atalanta’s most previous home matches and has been seen in three out of Inter’s six most recent on the road. Both are scoring tons in the league as well, Atalanta have 17 to their name while Inter have scored 15 over their six. Both have conceded 13 and 10 respectively. With both in goal-scoring form we’re backing Over 3.5 Goals here.

3.15pm: Real Sociedad vs Granada – Over 2.5 Goals

We all want this Real Sociedad run to continue don’t we? They’ve won five out of their last six in La Liga and six out of their last seven home and away. They’re coming up against a Granada side who have lost only one match over their last 13.

The home side are in mighty goal-scoring form too, scoring 18 over their eight league matches, conceding just four. The goals haven’t been flowing as much for Granada though who have scored nine over their seven league matches, conceding nine as well. Six out of the last seven meetings between the pair at the Reale Seguros Stadium have seen Over 2.5 goals landing, with both in good form we see that trend continuing.

5pm: Bayer Leverkusen vs Borussia Monchengladbach – BTTS 2 or More

Both teams are in pretty ripe form and ‘Gladbach will be very confident as they’ve won here in three out of the last four visits to the Bayer Arena. Leverkusen though have won four out of their last five home and away matches and have lost just one of their last seven home matches.

‘Gladbach have won three of their last four on the road and most impressively have scored 14 goals over those four matches. Leverkusen have scored two goals or more in four out of their last five, a stat they share when compared with ‘Gladbach’s away matches. We could take the safer option and back Over 3.5 Goals here but with those stats we think they’re decent value to be had backing Both Teams to Score 2 or More.

8pm: Valencia vs Real Madrid: Both Teams To Score

Valencia have won just two matches this season, drawing two and losing 11. Their scoring record isn’t too bad though, with 11 for but 13 against.

Real are in quite good form, having won six out of their last nine matches, losing two and drawing one. Their away form is great too, losing just one of their last 10 on the road in La Liga. Valencia though always up their game when Los Blancos come to town. Real have only won three of their last nine visits there in all competitions with six ending all square. Both Teams to Score No Draw (where both teams score but the game doesn’t end in a draw) is tempting but we’re going with the safer option here of Both Teams To Score.
