19:30 Chelsea v Brighton: Chelsea To Win And Over 2.5 Goals
Chelsea have looked back to their best in their recent league victories over Brentford and Aston Villa, both of which were away from home. But, Thomas Tuchel’s side are going to be eager to keep that form going in front of a full house at Stamford Bridge. Brighton beat Brentford at home on Boxing Day, their first league win since September 19th, a run of 11 games without a single win.

The Blues’ defence hasn’t exactly been solid of late and over their last five games in all competitions they’ve conceded five. They’ve also conceding five over their last five at home in the league, with Both Teams to Score landing in four of those five games. The away side have been averaging 1.0 goals on their league jaunts and have six strikes over their last five away games in all competitions, so they could cause a problem here. Chelsea though are after finding form again and the best value here is Chelsea To Win And Over 2.5 Goals.

19:45 Blackburn v Barnsley: Blackburn To Win To Nil
Blackburn are one of the form sides in the Championship, over their seven most previous games they’ve won six and drawn one. Barnsley are (sorry Tykes’ fans) absolutely awful and have won just one of their last 10 in the league.
The hosts have now kept five clean sheets in-a-row and have conceded just one goal over their last four home Championship games. The visitors have scored a grand total of two goals over their last five league games and with stats like that, we have to go with Blackburn To Win To Nil here.

20:15 Brentford v Man City: City To Win And Both Teams To Score
Brentford have taken a bit of a bruising of late, winning just one of their last five in all competitions. Their Premier League form is a bit better with two wins, one draw and one loss. Meanwhile, on home turf, they’ve won just two of their last five in the league – losing all three of the others. The good news though is that they’ve scored at least one in all but two of their eight home league fixtures since promotion.
City are enjoying a rich vein of form, winning nine of their last 10 games in all competitions – sharing the same record over their last 10 fixtures in the Premier League. Looking at just their away games, they’ve won all five of their most recent matches in the Premier League. Both Teams To Score has landed in three of City’s last five on the road and in three of Brentford’s five most recent home league games too.

On closer inspection, the home side have scored at least one in seven of their last nine in the league and with City conceding on their travels to the likes of Brighton, Aston Villa and Watford, they can certainly concede to Brentford in their own backyard.
