The Premier League big boys are entering the Carabao Cup at the third-round stage, meaning the likes of Manchester City, Arsenal and Manchester United will find out their opponents.
Premier League sides playing in Europe, whether it was the Champions League or the Europa Conference League, were handed a bye in the second round.
The likes of Chelsea and Tottenham had to play in the second round after missing out on European football last campaign. The Blues face AFC Wimbledon at Stamford Bridge, while Spurs were dumped out by Premier League rivals Fulham.
