The draw for the Carabao Cup fourth round will take place on Wednesday September 22 after Manchester United v West Ham, which kicks off at 7:45pm. If the tie is settled in normal time without a penalty shootout then the draw should be conducted from around 9:45pm. Ex-City defender Micah Richards and former Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp will conduct the draw.
