Jaylen Brown Over 23.5 Points
Jaylen Brown led the Celtics in scoring in game one, with this year’s Eastern Conference finals MVP putting up 22 points, while also grabbing six rebounds and two assists.
Brown has upped his scoring in the play-offs and he’s averaging 24.8 points per outing. His over/under points line in game two is 23.5 – and we have to side with the over.
He’s finished with 24 or more points in six of his last eight and he’s shooting an impressive 54.3 per cent from the field in the post-season. Although Jayson Tatum leads the Celtics in play-off points per game, Brown has stepped up big time and he’s been crucial.
Kristaps Porzingis To Record 6+ Rebounds
Kristaps Porzingis returned from injury in game one, which was his first appearance since the first round against the Miami Heat.
The big man, who is 7ft 2in, hadn’t missed a beat despite his spell on the sidelines, with Porzingis dropping 20 points and grabbing six rebounds in just 21 minutes of action.
Porzingis, who was with the Mavericks from 2019-2022, could easily go for 20 again against his old team, however, we like the look of him to Record 6+ Rebounds.
He averaged 7.2 rebounds per game in the regular season and he finished with six boards in game one. Now he’s found his feet and got a bit of confidence after impressing on his return, expect him to up his rebound numbers.
Derrick White Over 14.5 Points
Derrick White has been an X-Factor for the Celtics this season and he’s been brilliant in the play-offs.
The guard, who has been named on the NBA All-Defensive Second Team for the last two years, is averaging 17.6 points per game in the post-season, a tally only behind main men Tatum and Brown.
White is also Boston’s main three-point threat, with White taking a team-high 8.4 threes per game, with an average of 3.4 dropping in.
We’re all over White to Score Over 14.5 Points. He’s reached the tally in five of his last six outings and he scored 15 in game one against the Mavericks. That should continue in game two.
Derrick White Over 4.5 Assists
White is a brilliant two-way player but he’s also great at getting his team-mates involved.
He averaged 5.2 assists per game in the regular season and his numbers in his last few outings are decent.
We like White to Have Over 4.5 Assists as it’s landed in five of his last six play-off games. In the outing that it didn’t land, he still had four assists, so it shows he’s always close to hitting the over.
White is often driving to the basket and dishing to star players like Tatum and Brown so he’ll have plenty of chances to hit his mark of five assists.
Luka Doncic Over 31.5 Points
Finally, we’ll go with Luka Doncic to Have Over 31.5 Points. The Mavericks superstar put up 30 points in game one in Boston and he’ll be well aware he will have to do even more if they are to win game two.
Doncic won the scoring title in the regular season after averaging 33.9 points per game and he’s finished with 32 or more points in four of his last six outings. In the two that didn’t hit, he finished with 28 and 30 points. Just terrible, eh?
The Slovenian desperately needs help from Kyrie Irving and Co. if they are to challenge the Celtics, who finished with the best record in the NBA this season. However, one thing that’s guaranteed is Doncic tearing up on offense.

Kristaps Porzingis To Record 6+ Rebounds
