Chris Brown v Soulja Boy odds deadlocked ahead of superstar showdown

Boxing icons Mike Tyson and Floyd Mayweather will take opposite corners for the bout

It looks like there’s no backing out now for hip hop stars Chris Brown and Soulja Boy, as their celebrity boxing bout looks set in stone.

The music maestros are set to duke it out in March at the MGM Grand, Las Vegas in an attempt to settle a long standing ‘Twitter beef’. After trading barbs on social media for a while now, the duo have decided to settle their issues in the ring live on pay-per-view.

Now, that fight you saw in your local last weekend will probably have had more quality to it, but the three-round fight will probably do Conor McGregor-like numbers of pays anyway – so of course Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather is heavily involved in the fight.

Not only is his Mayweather Promotions machine promoting the bout, but the pound-for-pound king has also agreed to train Soulja Boy for it.

All the best odds on Chris Brown v Soulja Boy are on

Not to be out done in the legendary trainer’s stakes, Chris Brown has recruited Mike Tyson to be his corner for the fight – quite a fitting pair don’t you think?

Tyson confirmed the news on Instagram this morning and promised Brown to “teach him every single dirty trick in the book” to knock out Soulja Boy.

Ahead of the intriguing bout our traders can’t seem to split the stars with both Brown and Soulja Boy coming in at 5/6.

It may not be one for the boxing purist, but it will still be better than David Haye v Audley Harrison whatever happens!
