Wimbledon returns for 2024 as the world’s top players head to the All England Club for the most prestigious Grand Slam in tennis.
It’s the oldest tournament in the world and the only one of the four Grand Slams to be played on grass, the traditional tennis playing surface.
The current Men’s champion is Carlos Alcaraz, with Markéta Vondroušová clinching the Women’s championship last year.
Unsurprisingly, having recently won the French Open, Alcaraz is Paddy Power’s early favourite to retain his title, but he will have to fight for it, with Australian Open winner Jannik Sinner seen as a close rival.
For the first time since 1998, the championships will be without Novak Djokovic, Rafael Nadal and Rodger Federer marking the end of an illustrious era for the sport.
You can find the latest tennis odds on the Paddy Power website and Paddy Power app, otherwise, here’s everything you need to know ahead of Wimbledon 2024.
