French Open 2024 dates, schedule, seeds and prize money at Roland Garros

Who will triumph on the clay?

Novak Djokovic

The second Grand Slam of the tennis season is here, with the world’s best competing at Roland Garros for the French Open.

It’s the only major event to be played on a clay surface and has produced some iconic results over the years.

This year is set to be no different with with 14-time legendary winner Rafa Nadal bowing out at his final Roland Garros event.

Italy’s Jannick Sinner claimed victory in the first Grand Slam of the year at the Australian Open back in January. He is one of the favourites for this tournament, but will face competition from both Carlos Alcaraz.

As for the women’s title, Aryna Sabalenka won in Melbourne earlier this year and is fancied to win again here, although reigning champion Iga Swiatek will also fancy her chances.
