2022 US Open prize money

A record amount of prize money – $60 million to be exact – is on offer at the 2022 US Open. There is an increase on last year’s sums for each round of the tournament with the men’s and women’s singles boasting equal pots.

Semi-Finalist: $705,000
Quarter-Finalist: $445,000
Round Four: $278,000
Round Three: $188,000
Round Two: $121,000
Round One: $80,000

2022 US Open men’s singles betting

Daniil Medvedev is back on the Grand Slam swing after being denied the chance to compete at Wimbledon due to Russian and Belarusian players being banned. The reigning champion heads the betting as the 26-year-old bids to defend his title.

Rafael Nadal, Carlos Alcaraz and Nick Kyrgios are also available at single-digit prices.

2022 US Open women’s singles betting

World number one Iga Swiatek tops the market thanks to her fine form in this calendar year, although she followed up her second French Open triumph by crashing out of Wimbledon in round three as her 37-match winning streak came to an end. The 21-year-old has never progressed further than the fourth round at the US Open in three previous attempts, however.

Simona Halep and Cori Gauff are also prominent in the betting.
