3pm: Andrey Rublev v Marin Cilic: Cilic to win and both players to win a set
TV: Eurosport
A cracking quarter-final lies in store between Andrey Rublev and Marin Cilic with the Russian leading the head-to-head 5-2. On clay, however, it is 1-1 between the pair and Cilic has been in scintillating form in Paris, dropping just one set en route to this point.
Rublev didn’t have to complete a third set in his R16 match as Jannik Sinner was forced to retire through injury. He may have only dropped four sets so far at Roland Garros but with Cilic in such fine form I fancy the big Croatian to come through. It might not be plain sailing though and the value looks to lie in Cilic to win and both players to win a set. Given how he has played the tournament so far, it could be also be worth backing a more straightforward win for Cilic.

7.45pm: Casper Ruud v Holger Rune – Over 38.5 total games
TV: Eurosport
A fascinating fixture between two rising stars with a combined age of just 42. These two have met three times, all coming on clay, and Ruud has not as much as dropped a set. Both have played some brilliant tennis throughout this tournament to date and I fancy spectators to get some value for their money if lucky enough to have a seat for this encounter.
Rune is improving at a scary rate and will be a force to be reckoned with for years to come, and the same goes for Ruud. This should go quite the distance and over 38.5 total match games looks a great bet.
