Wimbledon 2019: Our traders want that Friday feeling with this 35/1 treble

They're banking on an upset for Pliskova

Milos Raonic

Simona Halep v Victoria Azarenka: Azarenka to win – 10/11

Friday, 11:00

Victoria Azarenka has had a comfortable route to round three so far, including dropping only two games in her last outing.

Halep, on the other hand, has had it much tougher with a gruelling first round match and then having to go the distance against her compatriot Buzarnescu.

It’s well known that grass is not Simona Halep’s favourite surface and with her exertions so far we reckon that Viktoria has more than enough left in the tank to topple the world number seven.

Pick: Match Odds – Victoria Azarenka – 10/11

Su-Wei Hsieh v Karolina Pliskova: Su-Wei Hsieh to win – 7/2

Friday, 11:00

Su-Wei Hsieh did the business for us earlier in the week beating Flipkens two sets to love and we fancy her to take down the number three seed.

Yes, Pliskova arrives here in high spirits after claiming her second Eastbourne title but only once has she passed the third round in Wimbledon.

Hsieh plays a kind of slice’n’dice tennis, which is likely to get underneath Karolina Pliskova skin and, hopefully for us, can cause another huge upset in the women’s draw.

Pick: Match Odds – Su-Wei Hsieh – 7/2

Reilly Opelka v Milos Raonic: Raonic 3-2 Set Betting – 16/5

Friday, 11:00

This promises to be a titanic tussle between two literal giants.

Both men rely heavily on their big serves and, with them each having a hold percentage over 90%, I can’t see there being many breaks in this match.

I’m giving the edge to the Canadian Raonic over the American Opelka and with a match that’s likely to go the distance I am more than happy to take the tasty price on Raonic to win in five.

Pick: Set Betting – Milos Raonic 3-2 – 16/5

Bet Summary

A £/€1 treble on these three selections pays approximately £/€35.
