Wimbledon 2018: Slice into this 2/1 double for the women’s quarter-finals

The action at this year’s Wimbledon in coming down to its business end and we’ve got a delightful double from our traders on the women’s last eight…

Jelena Ostapenko to beat Dominika Cibulkova – 8/11

We feel this will be match of the day as former French Open champion Jelena Ostapenko takes on Johanna Konta’s conqueror Dominika Cibulkova.

Neither player has drop at set at these championships so far and something has to give on Court 1 today.

These two players renowned for their attacking style of play which should make this an enjoyable watch and you can expect plenty of break point opportunities to be seen.

There isn’t much in this one, but our gut is telling us it will be the Latvian former Wimbledon Junior Champion who will take it at 8/11.

Kiki Bertens to beat Julia Goerges – 10/11

At the start Julia Goerges was one we felt had the potential to go far at Wimbledon, but we haven’t been overly impressed with her form so far.

She has struggled to beat low ranked opposition who should have been dispatched with relative ease.

Kiki Bertens on the other hand has probably been the biggest surprise for us so far.

She hasn’t shown any great grass form in the past, but has beaten a couple of quality players on the way to the quarters. We are giving Dutch woman in this one at 10/11.
