Wimbledon 2018: A traders’ fourfold for Thursday’s action in SW19

Four picks from our tennis traders that combine for a handy 18/1 fourfold...

Ernests Gulbis to beat Damir Dzumhur -15/8

Dzumhur comes into this match on the back of a straight sets win over Max Marterer, but I wouldn’t look too much into that. Although Gulbis has struggled to get to this round in Wimbo, we feel there is a bit of value in the price. With a big serve and decent stats on grass, Gulbis can push Dzumhur closer than the price reflects.

First Set Correct Score Any Player – Either Player 7-6, Del Potro v Lopez – 11/8

This should be a great match between two of the most popular men on the Tour. With two huge serves and excellent first-service holds on grass, there is no reason the first set can’t go to a tie breaker. The only concern for us is Lopez’s mobility on Delpo’s first serve, but at 11/8 we think it’s worth a punt.

Anett Kontaveit to beat Jennifer Brady 2-0 in Set Betting – 5/6

The young Estonian, Kontaveit, is one that few people are tipping to go far here this year. It was around this time last year that she made it to two WTA finals, winning one on grass. After a comfortable win in the first round, we feel she will have too much quality for Brady and this will be an easy straight sets win.

Ashleigh Barty to beat Eugenie Bouchard 2-0 in Set Betting – 4/7

Finally! The Beauty and the Beast sequel is here! Former Wimbo semi-finalist Bouchard comes into this match on a bit of form but we feel Barty will overpower her easy enough. After winning Nottingham last month, many feel Barty can go all the way this year. This should be straight forward enough.

As a fourfould accumulator, the selections give you a combined price of 18/1
