ATP World Tour Finals: Smash into this 15/2 double on Wednesday games

Our traders have put on their best Wimbledon whites to give us some top tips…

Grigor Dimitrov v David Goffin: Dimitrov 2-0 – 6/4

Grigor Dimitrov leads the head to head between these two 4-1 (having taken three of his last four victories in straight sets).

Punters may be drawn to David Goffin after his victory over the world number one Nadal on Monday, however, it needs to be taken with a pinch of salt due to the injury the Spaniard was carrying and Rafa has since withdrawn from the tournament.

This is the Bulgarian’s maiden World Tour finals and he mentioned that he was in awe of the whole setup in London during his opening match against Dominic Thiem.

Those nerves should be well out of the system when he plays his Belgian opponent on Wednesday and 6/4 to win in straight sets seem to be a value bet.

Pablo Carreno Busta v Dominic Thiem: First set correct score either player 6-4 – 12/5

Pablo Carreno Busta makes his London debut courtesy of his lucky loser status after Nadal’s withdrawal from the tournament.

The Spaniard has been in terrible form since his impressive run at the US Open losing six of his last seven matches. Thiem has been in equally poor form of late, but has been showing glimpses of returning to his usual self.

Historically these two have served up close encounters and added to the fact that five out of Thiem’s last seven first sets have been 6-4 (the other two being 6-3), either player 6-4 at 12/5 jumps out as a good gamble here.
