Footballer Jamie O’Hara seems to be having a whirlwind time during his stay in the Celebrity Big Brother House, with his stint proving to be ratings gold for Channel 5.
While his flirtations with his friend’s missus Nicola McLean – who’s married to former West Ham and Birmingham defender Tom Williams – have captured not only our imagination, but the UK media’s as well. There was also another incident during last night’s show that also caught our attention.
While chatting with the group on the couches O’Hara, who’s 12/1 to win the CBB, told a story of how he was pranked mercilessly by an unnamed former Spurs teammate.
The story goes that while Jamie was texting a girl, he’d left his phone unguarded while in the shower after training, and the player in question changed the woman’s contact to his own number in O’Hara’s mobile. The teammate then pretended to be the girl and Jamie texted who he though was his love interest none the wiser.
