The World Snooker Championship may be winding down as it’s down to the semi-final stages, but the action just gets better and better in Sheffield.
That’s because world number one Mark Selby produced moment of utter magic today in his match-up with Ronnie O’Sullivan’s conqueror Ding Junhui.
It came as early as the second frame of the contest after Ding took the opener. In need of a response, Selby found it in fantastic fashion and landed a delightful cross-double to help claim the frame.
To make the feat even more impressive, the double travels nearly the length of the table before it nestles in the top pocket.
