New Zealand v South Africa Rugby World Cup final date, kick-off time and team lineups

The All Blacks or the Springboks?

After more than a month of competition, the last two teams left standing are set to slug it out for Rugby World Cup glory.

It is fitting that the most successful nations in the history of the competition will face off in the final as South Africa and New Zealand seek a record-breaking fourth title.

The Springboks are also bidding to become just the second side in history to successfully defend the Webb Ellis Cup after edging past England in a tense semi-final clash.

The All Blacks had a less stressful encounter in the last four as a demolition job of Argentina secured their place in the showpiece.

Incredibly, it will be just the second time the two teams have met in a Rugby World Cup final, with the Springboks famously coming out on top on home soil in 1995.
