Does much need to be said? New Zealand require a big win and a big performance here and whilst Italy are improving all the while, (their 20’s program has become very productive of late) I’m backing the men in black to overwhelm the Italians and rack up a rather large win.
As such, winger-come-centre Rieko Ioane is my man for the night as he’s got speed to burn and on the night Sam Whitelock is set to surpass Richie McCaw as the most capped test All Black with his 149th appearance – I can see Ioane, Mo’Unga, Savea and Co. streaming through the unfortunate Azzurri.
Should I be proven wrong and it’s a tight tense affair, it will make for much better entertainment but, at present what I can see is an All Black wave with Rieko at the head.
