Six Nations Rugby Betting Tips

12.30pm: Scotland v Italy
Duhan van der Merwe to Score 1 or More Tries In Each Half

2.45pm: France v Wales
France (-20)
Ethan Dumortier & Rio Dyer Both to Score A Try

5pm: Ireland v England
Ireland (-14)
James Lowe, Mack Hansen and Caelan Doris to Score and Anytime Try

12.30pm: Scotland v Italy

Scotland will be looking to wrap up their Six Nations campaign in style against perennial whipping boys Italy at Murrayfield and we can expect them to have a little bit of fun in doing so. With an end-of-term feel the Scots can go out and express themselves and it could set us up for a cracking game to kick off Saturday’s action.

I think we can expect a few tries here with Scotland looking to put on a show and there’s a stonking price on Duhan van der Merwe to Score 1 or More Tries In Each Half. The South Africa-born wing was kept quiet by Ireland last week, and he’ll surely want to bounce back here. He demolished England in the opening day win at Twickenham, and will fancy his chances of getting over the whitewash plenty as Scotland look to secure a third win this tournament.

2.45pm: France v Wales

It’s been a tremulous time for Wales and they head to Paris for their final match of their 2023 Six Nations campaign.

France will fancy their chances of notching another win here and a big one at that so France (-20) looks fair in the handicaps.

There’s an interesting punt in the #WhatOddsPaddy market that’s caught our eye too and that’s Ethan Dumortier & Rio Dyer both score a try.

Dumortier has scored plenty this Six Nations and Dyer crossed the whitewash for Wales against Italy. With the visitors not having to fear losing all five games and unlikely to get the wooden spoon, it could end up being quite open game with plenty of action.

5pm: Ireland v England

It’s all eyes on the Aviva on Saturday evening as Ireland look to wrap up a Grand Slam on home soil in Dublin against England. And, after brushing aside all before them, Andy Farrell’s side will be in high hopes welcoming an England side who suffered that record 10-53 mauling by France last weekend.

Even if there are a few nerves jangling about the home side should be expected to pass the Ireland (-14) benchmark.

If England’s effort last week was anything to go by Ireland will smash them on the wings, and with Steve Borthwick selecting a similar team, here’s little reason to believe they can reverse that form in just a week against an even better team.

As such, it might pay to have a try-scorer treble with James Lowe, Mack Hansen and Caelan Doris to Score A Try Anytime. Hansen and Lowe will punish any lapses, and Doris has the power and poise to get over the try line if Ireland are peppering the visitors’ whitewash.
