Paddy Power slashes the odds on a Donald Trump face-off with North Korea’s Kim Jong-un

The US President is now twice as likely to 'jaw jaw' with the Supreme Leader if Paddy Power punters in London are on the button.

Despite growing tension between North Korea and the US, bookmakers Paddy Power have slashed the price on Donald Trump visiting the east Asian dictatorship during his first term as President.

Kim Jong-un, North Korea’s Supreme Leader, might want to put the kettle on, as punters in London lumped on a POTUS visit yesterday. Whether or not that’s for leadership tips is unclear.

The fun-loving bookie slashed the price on ‘The Donald’ from 25/1 to 12/1, effectively meaning there’s DOUBLE the chance that the improbable visit becoming a reality.

Spokesman Paddy Power said:

Donald Trump visiting North Korea? Well, at least they’d finally have a massive weapon in their country. It would seem an ill-advised trip, but this isn’t your typical President, as shown by his sacking of the FBI director, James Comey. If it doesn’t go well, Comey may not be the only thing Trump fires.

Meanwhile, Paddy Power have also taken evasive action on Trump being impeached – now 4/6 from 8/11 – after news that he canned the FBI chief sent shock waves around the world.

Reports that Trump will put Ivanka Trump in charge of the US intelligence and security service so we can refer to the mess as “daughter-gate”, have yet to be confirmed.
