NFL Fantasy: Henry charges in Week 10’s £1.8 million Dream Team

Week 10 saw some stunning upsets and sensational finishes - as well as a huge prize win in the £1.8m Daily Fantasy contest

Derrick Henry Tennessee Titans

Lamar Jackson, QB, BAL – 33.42

He’s become a hero of many fantasy players this year for the dual threat he brings – stop him through the air, he can still carve you up on the ground. 229 passing yards and three thrown touchdowns, 65 rushing yards and a rushing score, Jackson looked like a player teleported in from Madden against the Bengals.

Derrick Henry, RB, TEN – 32.1

The Titans running back turned a similar trick against a Chiefs defence that looks like it will, once again, cost KC a shot at the Super Bowl come January. 188 yards on the ground is the second-highest yardage total of his career, and two trips to the endzone made this a game to remember in Tennessee.

Aaron Jones, RB, GBP – 27.3

Jones has a permanent spot on the fantasy teams of the week this season. He’s snared 14 touchdowns this season in both running and passing action, which helps. Three of them cam yesterday as the Panthers were frozen out at a snowy Lambeau Field.

Christian Kirk, WR, ARI – 34.8

The Cardinals’ slot receiver’s enjoying life with Kyler Murray at QB. 467 yard in an injury-curtailed season saw three TDs added as the second-year receiver streaks away from a rookie campaign blighted by bad coaching and Josh Rosen passing.

Michael Thomas, WR, NOS – 21.7

A stunner down south saw Atlanta’s defence surge against their divisional rivals to earn one of the shocks of the season. Still, something you can always rely on, like Mike Thomas. Just once this season has he posted few than 89 receiving yards. On Sunday he hauled in 13 receptions from 14 targets for 152 yards and made any fantasy managers who picked him very happy.

Golden Tate, WR. NYG – 21.5

There’s not been much to cheer about this season in New York as both green and blue sides of the pro football community sink deep into the doldrums of NFL irrelevance. Both sides met at the Meadowlands yesterday and there were plenty of scores if not much else. Veteran Golden Tate contributed to the big prize-winning line-up with two touchdowns and 95 yards.

OJ Howard, TE, TBB – 12.7

He’s been AWOL for much of the season, but the talented tight end has started to crop up statistically in recent weeks and converted those into a significant fantasy performance with one touchdown and four receptions to play a role in winning match-up this week.

Damien Williams. Flex, KCC – 11.4

Pat Mahomes’ return was the biggest news for the Chiefs this week, but Damien Williams finding a role will have pique the interest of fantasy managers. Over 100 scrimmage yards for the back should register with any owners who see him on a waiver wire this week.

Baltimore, D/ST – 24

The Ravens defence has been sparked to life by the trade for Marcus Peters, but it was helped by a Bengals offence so incompetent they make the Dolphin look like the 2007 Patriots. Two turnovers were returned for scores as Baltimore demolished Cincy.
