Check out this dribble-worthy double on tonight’s NBA action

Minnesota Timberwolves @ Golden State Warriors: Over 229 Points, 10/11

It’s the showdown between two of the best teams in the Western Conference.

The Champions – The Warriors – are unsurprisingly the top scoring team in the league with 118.5 points per match. They also lead the league in the field goal percentage with an impressive 51%, and are also first from the three point line with 41% of success.

Defensively they concede 108.5 points per match, and with a 44% field goal success for their opponents, they have the 6th worse defence in the league in this particular statistic.

Like the Warriors, the Wolves are a team looking strong in attack, but without a great defence. With 109.8 points conceded per match they have the 6th worst defence in the league, but with 109.4 points per match with the 47.4% success from the field they have the 7th and 6th attack.

Both teams have failed to score at least 100 points only in one occasion this campaign, in pre-season they met and the match ended up with a staggering 252 points total.

While regular season is different from a pre-season match, we believe this one will be a high-scorer!

Los Angeles Lakers @ Boston Celtics: Celtics -8.5, 10/11

The biggest rivalry in the NBA will have it’s first match of the season tonight in Boston. Boston are flying in and are the best team in the league with a 9-2 record. The Lakers are in a transitional season, still rebuilding after the Kobe Bryant era and are 5-5 for the moment.

While the Celtics – with just 103.5 points scored per match – are not a top offensive team, they have by far the best defence with just 94.5 points conceded per match.

Their defence should particularly like the match up with the Lakers, who are scoring 106.5 points per match, but that with a 31.4% from the three point line are the worse team in the league from the arc.

After losing the two first games of the season, the Celtics are looking tonight to reach their 10th win in a row, and their performances have been improving along the way.

to their defence have started to record very comfortable win, and we think tonight will be another one and they will cover the spread.
