Ben Steele is launching into Sunday's 6pm NFL action!

NFL tips

Week 12 of the NFL season rolls in with a packed Sunday of action as the race for the playoffs hots up.

As the action gets underway our pigskin prognosticator Ben Steele has whipped up a mega Multi-Match Bet Builder for the 6pm games.

NFL Sunday Multi-Match Bet Builder

6pm – Detroit Lions @ Indianapolis Colts
David Montgomery Anytime Touchdown
Jahmyr Gibbs Anytime Touchdown

6pm – New England Patriots @ Miami Dolphins
De’Von Achane Anytime Touchdown

6pm – Kansas City Chiefs @ Carolina Panthers
Kansas City Chiefs -10.5 Points

6pm – Tennessee Titans @ Houston Texans
Houston Texans -7.5 Points

Detroit Lions @ Indianapolis Colts

David Montgomery Anytime Touchdown

Sunday night sees a real battle between the movable object and the unstoppable force, the Indianapolis Colts have one of the worst run defences in the NFL while the visiting Detroit Lions have the ultimate two-headed monster in the backfield.

Jahmyr Gibbs and David Montgomery have scored a combined 19 touchdowns so far this season, a key part of a 9-1 record that has Detroit fans dreaming of a Super Bowl run. The Lions have played all three of the Colts AFC South rivals over the last month and scoring 130 points in that run, including a sensational 52-6 win last week against the Jacksonville Jaguars. I’m backing Gibbs and Montgomery to find the endzone on Sunday, marking the sixth time they’ll have both scored in the same game this season.

New England Patriots @ Miami Dolphins

De’Von Achane Anytime Touchdown

While the Buffalo Bills are running away with the AFC East, the Miami Dolphins and New England Patriots will see Sunday as a chance to try and turn their season’s around and start a late run to the playoffs. Miami will fancy their chances of success having won seven of the last nine matchups between the teams and have running back De’Von Achane in great form.

The 23-year-old has scored four times in his last four games, benefiting from the return of Tua Tagovailoa at quarterback. The Pats defence is solid, but will have a lot of focus on Tyreek Hill, opening up space for Achane to add to his touchdown total.

Kansas City Chiefs @ Carolina Panthers

Kansas City Chiefs -10.5 Points

The Kansas City Chiefs suffered their first loss of the season last week, in a 30-21 defeat to the Bills, and that’s terrible news for the Carolina Panthers. Patrick Mahomes and co come to town as double digit favourites and will be very confident of covering that handicap.

All seven of Carolina’s defeats have been by 10 points or more and Mahomes has recovered from a midseason slump, throwing nine TDs in his last four games, which bodes well for Andy Reid’s side. The likes of DeAndre Hopkins, Xavier Worthy and Travis Kelce will be looking to run up the score, while the Chiefs defence may fancy their own chances of scoring against a turnover plagued Panthers side.

Tennessee Titans @ Houston Texans

Houston Texans -7.5 Points

Betting against the Tennessee Titans has been a consistent theme this season and I’ll go to the well again on Sunday. The Houston Texans hold a two-game lead in the AFC South, and coming off the back of a comprehensive victory on Monday night over the Dallas Cowboys will look to extend that lead, with Indianapolis facing a tough game against Detroit.

With C.J. Stroud and Joe Mixon starring on offence and Will Anderson and Danielle Hunter hounding opposing quarterbacks with regularity, the Texans boast a number of talents that should have more than enough to beat a poor Titans team, by more than the 7.5 point handicap they have been given.
