Sunday 1.15am: Green Bay Packers @ San Francisco 49ers
NFL Divisional Round match at Levi’s Stadium

Green Bay Packers +9.5
It’s the NFL Divisional Round when eight become four and we step ever closer to the end of this intriguing season. After defeating the Cowboys last week the Packers have been rewarded by a trip to Levi’s Stadium to face the #1 seed 49ers to seal a spot in the NFC Championship Game.
The Packers looked sensational against the Cowboys but face a tougher task against the Niners who are, for my money, the best team in the NFL. I’m not confident in them winning the game outright but I do think a 9.5 point handicap is far too big.
After all this is a team led by Jordan Love who has been playing lights out since Week 11. In that time frame he’s thrown 21 touchdown passes and been intercepted just once. He’s got the ability in his arm to keep this close and I think he will.
Christian McCaffrey Over 89.5 Rushing Yards
What is there to be said about Christian McCaffrey that hasn’t already. He’s been a monster this season and now faces a Packers’ defense that has been terrible against the run all season. In the regular season they allowed more yardage on the ground than all but four teams, none of whom made the playoffs.
His rushing yard line of 89.5 is a big one but it’s a number that he’s covered in five of his past six games and given the Packers’ weakness against the run it’s the way in which the 49ers should look to attack them. I’m backing McCaffrey to pass 89.5 Rushing Yards.

Christian McCaffrey Anytime Touchdown
We’re also going to back CMC to score a touchdown against Green Bay. His scored 21 touchdowns this season in just 16 games, 14 on the ground and a further seven in the air. His ability in the passing game makes him the most dangerous RB on the planet and he should cause serious issues for the Packers here. Keep in mind that he only put up a blank in three games all season.
Christian Watson Over 28.5 Receiving Yards
I love the value on Christian Watson ahead of this game. The Packers WR has been overshadowed in some ways by the rise of Jayden Reed and given his injuries he hasn’t been on the field as much as he’d like but he can be a gamebreaker when playing.
His receiving yard line stands at 28.5 yards, it’s a number he didn’t hit against the Cowboys in his first game back after injury but with another week getting healthy I feel his chances are greatly increased and he did have 165 receiving yards in his two games prior to injury. I fancy Watson for Over 28.5 Receiving Yards.
Christian Watson Anytime Touchdown
I’m also backing Watson to find the endzone against the Niners. He’s a real deep threat and his speed will cause the 49ers secondary problems. They have a very good D but it’s one that can have the top taken off it and with Watson’s speed there’s a real threat of that.
He scored four touchdowns in the three games prior to his injury and I’d back him to be live as a deep threat in this one. He’s a longer price that both Reed and Romeo Doubs to score in this one and it’s matchup that should favour him.
