Week four of the NFL rounds off with an NFC matchup where the Seattle Seahawks travel to MetLife Stadium to face the New York Giants. The Giants are in search of their second win of the year and come into this game off the back of a primetime thumping at the hands of the San Francisco 49ers.

The Seahawks took care of the lowly Carolina Panthers at home last week and they look to improve to 3-1. A win here can be a catalyst for either team and their playoff hopes this season.

Seahawks to Win

The Seahawks usually perform well in primetime games while their opponents, as we’ve seen already twice this year, do not. Both defences don’t instill a lot of confidence so this game will come down to which offence is more prolific.

That would be Seattle who clicked into gear last weekend putting up 37 points but showing a lot of versatility both in the run and the pass.

The Giants will likely be without their star running back Saquon Barkley which will make life even harder for the G-Men. The Giants would need a huge improvement in performance on both sides of the ball to win this one and I just can’t see it. Take the Seahawks to win.

Over 47.5 Points

The Seahawks have one of the most forceful offenses in the NFL at the moment. They are averaging 29 points per game, which ranks fourth in the league. Meanwhile, the Giants have allowed 32.7 points per game, which is the third-most.

However, the Seahawks haven’t been much better in this department. In fact, they’re only one spot higher when it comes to points allowed per game with Seattle giving up 29.3 per contest.

I’d expect a high scoring game Monday night. Take the Overs.

Kenneth Walker III Over 64.5 Rushing Yards

The Giants have been very poor at defending the run so far this season and the stats back it up. The G-Men are allowing the league’s fifth-most rushing yards per game (138.0).

Walker went for 97 yards last week against Carolina and I’m expecting the Michigan State alumni to have a big game on Monday. His line stands at 64 and I like Walker to cover that.

Kenneth Walker III to Score a Touchdown

As mentioned I’m expecting a big game from Walker. I love him for an Any Time Touchdown Scorer but because they’ll have so many opportunities against this poor Giants’ defence there’s a good chance Walker will get in the endzone twice.

He’s managed to score a brace in his last two games against Carolina and Detroit. He’s a Touchdown machine

Daniel Jones Over 220.5 Passing Yards

There’s a couple of reasons this line appeals. Firstly, Seattle’s poor pass rush will mean Jones will have significantly more time to pass compared to what he had last week.

Seattle have given up the second most passing yards this year (984) which bodes well for Jones. There’s a good possibility the Giants will be playing from behind too which makes the Overs a good bet.
