Moneyline – 49ers to Win

All eyes will be fixed on Lincoln Financial Field Sunday night as two storied franchises go head to head with a place at SuperBowl LVII up for grabs.

All year the Eagles have coasted to wins against lesser opposition with little turbulence on their journey up until now. The 49ers are rolling, winning their last twelve games in a row. One key factor in this game will be turnovers and if Brock Purdy can keep the ball out of danger and in the hands of his playmakers, along with the number one defence in the league, I fancy the 49ers to cause an upset.

They’ve been in this situation many times before and have come out the other side time and time again. The 49ers will be fired up only relishing the underdog tag and the chance to prove their doubters wrong. All the pressure will be on the Eagles. I’ll take the team with situational experience and extra motivation.

Brandon Aiyuk – Over 45.5 Receiving Yards

Aiyuk has had a resurgent third year leading the 49ers in receptions and yards this season making him one of Brock Purdy’s top targets.

San Francisco’s ability to run the ball will open up the play-action passing game and I’d fully expect Aiyuk to take full advantage on Sunday. Aiyuk has had 45 or more receiving yards in seven of his last nine games.

Expect number eleven to be open on Sunday and go for a big game. The line of 45.5 looks extremely appealing.

Dallas Goedert – Over 45.5 Receiving Yards

Philadelphia’s TE1 is a big game player and one of the essential cogs in the Eagles passing offence.

Goedert is averaging 58.5 receiving yards this season and has had 45 or more yards in his last four games.  He’s been a constant threat for the Eagles all year and has hit on his over receiving yards prop in nine out of his twelve games this year.

With the 49ers having one of the league’s best pass rushes expect Jalen Hurts to go to his safety valve Tight End. Those yards won’t be long totting up.

Anytime TD Scorer – Christian McCaffrey

In probably the trade of the year, the 49ers acquired the services of the former eighth overall pick from the Carolina Panthers. Since then the Stanford man hasn’t looked back.

He’s been a constant threat both in the running and passing game for the 49ers and has a real nose for the endzone. Since Purdy has taken the reigns of the offence CMC has flourished.

He’s scored at least one touchdown in every game since week fourteen. Whenever the 49ers are in a big spot and they’ll be countless on Sunday, expect the ball to be in McCaffrey’s hands.

The advantage of being able to run and catch from the backfield makes him the play to get into the endzone on Sunday.
